Join the Discovery Dash on Sept. 13, 2025, at Discovery Park of America. Race through historic sites and scenic landscapes in the 5K, 10K, or 1-mile fun run. Register by July 31 for discounted fees.
Dueling Pianos: Annual Kirkland Scholarship Fundraiser
Discovery Park will host a night of dueling pianos on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2025, featuring great music, food and fellowship where proceeds go to the Kirkland Scholarship Fund.

Join Discovery Park and Pediatric Place of Union City for Pediatric Day 2025 on Sept. 13 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for resources, activities and fun for kids. Admission is free for children 17 and under.
2025 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb
Join Union City firefighters on Sept. 6, 2025, for a stair climb at Discovery Park to honor 9/11 victims. Participants will climb the tower 10 times in full gear. Museum opens early for spectators.

The 2025 Antique Tractor Show at Discovery Park of America will be held Aug. 2-3, featuring vintage tractors from across the U.S. The show is free with membership or park admission for spectators.

Pisanki are eggs that are decorated and colored, and are a tradition in Poland and other East and Central European countries. The word pisanki comes from the Polish verb pisac, which means “to write”.
