Ice Cream in La Crosse

By: Whitney Meza

Dessert (before dinner) is always a must. I was told by many locals the Pearl Ice Cream Parlor was a must stop, and from the line that collected outside the door as we were ordering that definitely said something about the place. It was like stepping back into a time machine and I loved it! Ice cream is one of my love languages and this chocolate chip cookie dough in a home-made waffle cone was simply perfect!

Three Sister’s Margarita- Acapulco Bar-Grill

By: Jenna K

Have mercy! The perfect ending to a loooong Monday, meeting day, no less. Acapulco offers a bevy of authentic Mexican cuisine. Their salsa packs a punch and pairs perfectly with their Margarita menu. I had a chalupa but ate it before I thought to take a photo. Mmmmm! Satisfaction!
